The approval process at Whatastory is very well structured. You have the option for unlimited revisions at any stage during the video production process. Once the visuals/ storyboard is approved and after the video is produced, any changes to reshoot may be subject to extra charges.
You can however request any changes to the time line with existing footage and timing that are in the scope of your project. We’ll update you through the production process to ensure you can feedback throughout. You can also request changes for the sound effects and music volume if that is included in your order. we normally allow for 2 rounds of amends on any one stage, with an agreed fee for extra revisions outside of the number stated in the contract.
